Position:
Reconnaissance Wing Pilot
The 23rd separate mechanized brigade is a mechanized formation within the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in January 2023, and is currently actively participating in combat operations and ensuring the implementation of national security and defense measures, repelling and deterring the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in one of the hottest areas. The units are equipped with the latest weapons and military equipment, which allows them to effectively perform combat missions in modern conditions. The personnel of the brigade undergo intensive training, including training according to NATO standards, which increases their combat capability and professionalism. Since its creation, the brigade has been actively participating in combat operations, which allows it to accumulate valuable combat experience. Due to its structure and equipment, the brigade is able to quickly respond to changes in the operational-tactical situation and perform a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- control of unmanned aerial systems (Krylo type)
- performance of reconnaissance missions and information collection, as well as performance of missions on kamikaze wings
- analysis and processing of received intelligence data
- preparation of reports with the results of reconnaissance
- work with special software for UAVs of the Krylo type
Requirements
- experience in working with unmanned aerial systems
- high responsibility and ability to make decisions in stressful situations
- combat experience will be an advantage
- ability to work in a team
- orientation not on the process, but on the result
- constant desire to develop and improve oneself in this area
- willingness to work directly in the zone of active combat operations.

- Desire to constantly improve and analyze the effectiveness of UAV use with proposals for improving tactics and methods
- Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical literature (B1-B2) will be an advantage.
Conditions
- service in a zone of active combat operations
- monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias (depending on the place of service)
- ensuring normal conditions of service
- guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days due to family circumstances

- transfer of active military personnel only within the Armed Forces of Ukraine
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the place of service and tasks
