Anti-aircraft gunner
The 23rd separate mechanized brigade is a mechanized formation within the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in January 2023, and is currently actively participating in combat operations and ensuring the implementation of national security and defense measures, repelling and deterring the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in one of the hottest areas. The units are equipped with the latest weapons and military equipment, which allows them to effectively perform combat missions in modern conditions. The personnel of the brigade undergo intensive training, including training according to NATO standards, which increases their combat capability and professionalism. Since its creation, the brigade has been actively participating in combat operations, which allows it to accumulate valuable combat experience. Due to its structure and equipment, the brigade is able to quickly respond to changes in the operational-tactical situation and perform a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- preparation for combat of anti-aircraft missile systems and other anti-aircraft weapons
- checking the readiness of equipment for use, proper storage and condition of ammunition
- surveillance of airspace and reconnaissance of the situation, identification of potential targets for fire destruction
- accurate and effective fire control of anti-aircraft missile systems on targets
- technical maintenance of anti-aircraft missile systems, ensuring their readiness for fire combat, as well as detection and elimination of technical malfunctions
- ensuring correct and safe maintenance of anti-aircraft missile systems during fire operations and in other situations
- compliance with safety rules when manipulating ammunition, conducting fire and servicing fire weapons
Requirements
- position of private/sergeant
- fitness for military service in terms of health and moral and psychological qualities
- desire to study new types of weapons and be able to confidently use them, ability to master new approaches, knowledge, skills and skills in practice
- discipline in everyday life and in combat work
- military service experience and combat experience will be an advantage
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under a contract
- monetary support from 35,000 to over 135,000 hryvnias depending on previous service, rank, assigned tasks and place of service
