Reconnaissance copter pilot
The 23rd separate mechanized brigade is a mechanized formation within the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in January 2023, and is currently actively participating in combat operations and ensuring the implementation of national security and defense measures, repelling and deterring the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in one of the hottest areas. The units are equipped with the latest weapons and military equipment, which allows them to effectively perform combat missions in modern conditions. The personnel of the brigade undergo intensive training, including training according to NATO standards, which increases their combat capability and professionalism. Since its creation, the brigade has been actively participating in combat operations, which allows it to accumulate valuable combat experience. Due to its structure and equipment, the brigade is able to quickly respond to changes in the operational-tactical situation and perform a variety of tasks.

- preparing drones (Mavic) to perform tasks
- planning tasks using drones
- performing tasks
Requirements
- completed civilian courses for training pilots of aerial reconnaissance (Mavic) and having a certificate
- basic understanding of the structure of civilian drones and their configuration
- absence of acute chronic health problems and physical ability to perform tasks
- higher education will be an advantage
- having a driver’s license will be an advantage
- experience working with ground stations will be an advantage
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under a contract
- the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
- service in a motivated team that is focused on results
- basic combined-arms training
- specialized training of reconnaissance drone pilots (Mavic)
- support during the VLK stage for civilians and transfer for active military personnel

- monetary benefits from 30,000 to 130,000 hryvnias depending on the task and place of service
