Signalman
The 23rd separate mechanized brigade is a mechanized formation within the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in January 2023, and is currently actively participating in combat operations and ensuring the implementation of national security and defense measures, repelling and deterring the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in one of the hottest areas. The units are equipped with the latest weapons and military equipment, which allows them to effectively perform combat missions in modern conditions. The personnel of the brigade undergo intensive training, including training according to NATO standards, which increases their combat capability and professionalism. Since its creation, the brigade has been actively participating in combat operations, which allows it to accumulate valuable combat experience. Due to its structure and equipment, the brigade is able to quickly respond to changes in the operational-tactical situation and perform a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- deploying communications equipment and preparing it for operation
- maintaining military communications equipment and monitoring its operation
- ensuring uninterrupted operation of communications systems
- keeping a log of the use of communications equipment and reporting on the implementation
- communication procedures
- performing other duties related to the position
Requirements
- military rank private/sergeant
- secondary education, secondary technical/specialized education, higher specialized education
- knowledge of the principles and techniques of radio communications, radio and telecommunications equipment
- work experience in the relevant field will be an advantage
- fitness for service due to health
- readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
- compliance with discipline, requirements of the statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under a contract
- military support and social guarantees in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
- training in special courses to obtain the necessary skills in the field of communications
- service as part of a unit under the leadership of experienced commanders
- financial support from 50,000 hryvnias, depending on the task and the region of implementation.
